Gravity Rollers are available in painted mild steel and with further options for PVC rollers, manufactured to your specifications we are able to suit conveyors with lengths and widths to suit to your needs.

The shafts of the Gravity Rollers can be spring loaded, fixed or loose. The fixed or loose options can be supplied with drilled and tapped or male threaded ends. They can also be supplied drilled for wire or flatted in line. Multiple rollers on one common shaft can also be accommodated.

Atherton Material Handling can offer a wide range of gravity rollers, covers applications from light to heavy duty. Gravity rollers are offered in steel bright zinc plated as standard. We can also manufacture them in stainless steel and plastic. Diameters range from 20mm to 80mm. Axle sizes range from 6mm diameter to 20mm diameter. Rollers can be designed to handle weight from 1 gram up to 500kg per roller.
